Temp Control in Permy House

12 volt fan that you can get from most auto stores works great. Pick one that you can adjust the angle. We use two of them, works great. Make sure you wire them correctly, we had our contacts backwards the first time and it just blew air up to the ceiling. Works better if blowing down smile

Do they sell 12v that you can plug into a normal outlet? Not alligator clips on the battery.

I bought one from FF, and it plugs directly into a 12 volt receptacle. Just one made all the difference in my 6.5 X 14. The floor and the ceiling now stay the same temp.

Funny....I was at FF on Sat and they told me they had no such thing. I thought maybe an RV store or something might have them.

I have 3 computer fans wired through a thermostat. I set it to 'cool' at 75 degrees and they kick on about every 30 mins or so for 10-15 mins. Works great for keeping the holes open and an even temperature floor to ceiling. You could do something similar with an oscillating fan if you wanted to go that route.
