just bought this house at fleet farm last week. I know it's only 300 denier tent but I'm not out on a day when it's below 0 very often and always have the heater going. I wanted the seats but opted for the bench as once in a while I bring my cousins (7&8) along and now they can both come instead of one at a time. It seems like a pretty good fish house. I made my own tow hitch but can't find a cover at any of the local sporting goods stores so I'm going to order one. I want to hear what the guys who have one have to say about it,thanks!

Scott bottom line is if your happy with it then that is all that matters. one thing that was suggested to me from a frabill prostaff member was that if you had a house that had only the 2 seats was to have the 3rd person sit on a bucket or folding chair in one of the corners. so if you would of went with a house that had the 2 seats you could of had your cousins use the seats and you could use a bucket or folding chair for your self. this is what I plan to do when my 2 kids get old enough to come with me fishing.
