BlueLundFishrman
I expected Philly to put up a better fight. I would think they'll be ready to play next week, as would Dallas.
koonie
Always hate the Cowpies! They are one step below maggot dung. Two steps below the Pukers. There are only two teams to like in the NFL. NFC-Vikings AFC-Steelers.
Steve Foss
There are only two teams to like in the NFL. NFC-Viqueens AFC-Steelers. Fixed it for ya, koonie. And I heartily agree on the Steelers. They've been my second fave since the early 70s. Fave. Hmmm, Interesting word. Losing the "r" makes it a whole different deal.

Two steps below the Pukers. There are only two teams to like in the NFL. NFC-Vikings AFC-Steelers. 5 Super Bowl wins, 3 other Super Bowl appearances, among other things tends to breed hatred for a sports franchise. Now you know why hardly anybody hates the Detroit Lions or Cleveland Browns.
koonie
It's the other things. Trust me. Americas team my arse!Hate the Lions on Thanksgiving. Cleveland. Well... I got nothing.
Steve Foss
Americas team my arse! +1! I'm not a hater, but it'd be pretty tough for me to root for either the Cowboys or the Braves. America's team. Like it's the Olympics or something. Sheesh.
BlueLundFishrman
The America's Team thing was probably the line in the sand. The hole in Texas Stadium so God could watch his favorite team play. While they are the most popular franchise in the NFL (so that truly would make them America's Team), also are the most disliked. Buy hey, not everybody can be a Dallas fan. The popularity of the NFL has allowed it to expand over the last couple of decades to 32 teams. So you guys go ahead and hate them all you want. It won't sway my allegiance. I've got to watch my team win 3 Super Bowls, and I know there are more to come.
fishersofmen
As much as I hate to agree with Bluelund on a football team I have always been a Cowboys fan as well. Never have cared much for Romo but he has been playing well lately. I don't think they can beat the Vikes at home but there is no other team I would rather loose to.Too bad Roy has been a bust down there. Barber looked awesome against the Eagles.
