I have the 300 eskape and really like it alot. the pole system on these are the best i've seen, very good fabric, nice seating, alot of windows, good zippers. the only downside is there a little heavier but if there is two people it is not a problem.

Laska are you sure it was 600 denier material I am not totally familiar with the eskimo line. all the ones I have looked at in the stores have been 300 denier material. For the price of the eskimo ($649.99 this is marine generals price on both the eskimo & Frabill Predator) you could get the Frabill Predator which has 900 denier material. and the weight of the frabill is 140Lbs instead of 152Lbs of the eskimo. so to sum it up going with the predator you would get a thicker house material and 12 lbs less weight all for around the same price.

The new Clam voyager TCX is a nice 3 person house around the same size as the eskimo and frabill. The advantage to the clam is it has a thermal top that help reduce condensation on the roof of the house and it costs around $599.99 so you would save $50.00. by the way all the clam houses are 600 denier fabric unless you were to buy a Thermal X or Thermal Nanook. these 2 have complete thermal tents on the.Thermal X sells for Around $749.99 normal price but there was another post about what to buy for a house and the person that started that post found a new in the box Thermal X for $649.99. A full thermal Nanook sells for $399.99 but this is only a 2 person house and is a low profile house That only stands 5' 1" tall.
