lazer mag question?

I have a strikemaster lazer mag 2000 that is a lil older, not to horibly old. i bought it used laster year and it runs great! but i had to push like H E double hockey sticks to get anywhere. the blade was brand new out of the package. my question is how does the blade go. do i screw it on the top of the bottom of the bit or to the bottom bottom?

I think he had the blade on wrong.

nope, blade was on right. what the problem was was the tip. the point on the end of the auger was dull. i didnt realize that that mattered that much. i learnd somethin yesterday!
