motley man
Both, ask the taxidermist how to clean it. Sometimes they will do it for you when you drop it off.
CRAZYEYES
I did make it out on thursday and got 2 off a huge wma. I probably could have had my birds in ten minuites if I could have got access to a piece of private land I can usually hunt but there was no one home and I wont go out there without talking to the guy. I was going to go out yesterday too but my buddys permanent ice house sounded a little warmer. I think my MN hunting is over because I dont picture myself out there tomorrow. I sure hope we get a good thaw, I saw a lot of birds standing along the road looking a little weary already which isnt good this early in the winter. Scott M
Saw a few birds off and on over the last week, but after busting my hump on Christmas Eve, I didn't get out one last time. It was a good year, got out more than in years past. Next year should be only better. My dog put in her first year, and had her first tracked flush...of course me and my brother in law weren't paying attention nor close enough to shoot the bird. I figured she'd do that to me at some point in our hunting tandem career, just not in the first year.
