Thanks BNS for getting it in the forums! With the spearing forum there is a lot of valuable info shared and maybe get some newbie’s interested in the sport. Not to mention all the friendship and razzing that goes with it.

Hey Fish Toys I picked up one of your toys on Monday and will be putting it to good use come Saturday. Any advise on maintinence or how to get the pin back in the hole when fully opened up? There seems to be allot of paint on it and I can't get the pin all the way through?

Wait till it ices up! I drilled mine out 1/32 or 1/16 over

ya, i had to drill mine out to so it would fit a bit better!

Did you just drill the hole bigger where it locks when it’s open? If the holes were bigger when it’s folded in it would be cutting notches in the handle. Nobody has mentioned this so I didn’t know about it.
