Has anyone had any experience with this camera, is it worth the money, I would be using it in the river most of the time/ Thanks for any advice

I cannot speak of the camera you ask about. I can say that the MarCum line does a great job since you are shopping for a underwater camera.

No matter what you do purchase as they all do work, make it a point to check out the MarCum cameras at least. They may be a bit more than the Fish TV but, the quality of the MarCum is worth the extra cash.

depends which river.. camera can only see as well as the water clarity. It only has the IR lights, so night viewing is not good. I am not pleased with its battery set up. Other than that, it does its job well.
