WMA's near st. cloud

I haven't seen to much for waterfowl near elk river where i live so i was thinking that i would try going west but need a wma that i can get my canoe in does any one know any good spots around st. cloud area

id try west like out by hutch or litch there are decent numbers of public land out there

have you hunted that at all elwood? I am from zimmtown also and it seems all the ducks go into the refuge -- I see them all in the wildlife loop or west of 5 in the sw pool.

there are places top hunt out there but I tend to stay away from there to many people but it has settled down abit.

you can not hunt the loop just bird watch and they open that area up for deer as well foot travel only.

Yes I know about the no hunting in the loop for ducks but it is still nice to see all the ducks in there---a bunch of ring-bills and mallards in there!
