Seriously as a Vike fan I am turning into quite a fan of Thompson and Co.; .

Why not bring in Shaun Alexander for a go-around? I'm sure Alexander and Green are peers in stepping away from defensive fronts with speed/velocity; bonus, Shaun might be abit more durable at this stage in his professional football career .

I think they want him to set their all time franchise rushing record and then retire as a Packer at years end. Everyone knows this isn't them hoping for him to have 100+ yards every game the rest of the way
