04 700 efi twin

When i start it it runs for a few seconds then like it runs out of gas and dies. Anyone else have this problem or any ideas on what it could be.

fuel filter or fuel shut off valve on the left side about knee level

Sounds like you might have a weak fuel pump. Should have 42 psi give or take a pound or two. Also could be the wires for the T-Bap sensor are broken. The sensor is located on the intake boot between the airbox and throttle body. Has 4 wires coming from it. With the key on wiggle the wires and see if CHECK ENGINE show up on the gauge.

picked up a fuel filter for it going to try that first. If i can find it looked and didnt see it. Then we'll see from there.

if i remember correctly is it under the seat near the air box, i can look on mine tomorrow.
