Wish I could get out. The cool temps should be good for the dogs!!!

Hunted all day Saturday and kicked up ONE bird. My buddy did not shoot it. Safety reason.

Hunted for an hour on Sunday and got my 2 birds for the weekend. So it was not a total loss. My little girl did a grand job, so I was quite happy with that aspect of the hunt.

Went out this morning, two of us got or 4 birds in about 45 minuntes hunting public land by hutchinson.

there is SO much corn in the field around here. usually before sunset the birds fly out of the corn and into the grass for the night, but they never did this year, could have been the snowy cold weather. Seen a few birds but never shot. At least the dogs got a good workout.
