Just Recently bought a 03 rmk 700 for riding in the Mtns out here, but if i bring it back to mn when i come this winter, am I gonna have to put different clutch weights on it ?

Yes, you will need to change your clutch weights depending on the elevation your currently set up for. They would not be the same weight for MN and the mountains.

Not sure about the clutch weights being changed, I would however change the jetting to > 4000

Yep, that as well assuming it's a carbed engine.

No it is E.F.I Is it a chore changing the clutch weights or no?

I have never changed weights in my sled(s), right now it's a 900 efi cat. Bring it back to MN and watch your r's, if they get higher than you feel comfortable with then you might want to change. Even down here I can't get my sled past 7500 rpm even when I hammer on it, you just GO!!!
