Smokey Posted September 28, 2009 Share Posted September 28, 2009 I would recommend a Stihl.I have had a Stihl BG 65 for 4 years now, done nothing but keep clean gas in it, and it runs better today than the day I got it. (It's broke in now)I have a couple of neighbors with the BG 55, I believe the only difference is a slightly smaller engine, and also no problems in 4-5 years. Go to an authorized dealer.I have the PB-620. It is a little much for around the house, but I also use it at the lake home. I don't rake anymore...
