Salsa

We made about 25 quarts of salsa last night. after initial testing while cooking it down I realized we hit the mother load of hottness! After 4 bowls and a bag of chips we figured we better tame it down a bit. Man I love this time of the year. Anyone else find the 1st batch a little too hot?

My first batch turned out medium, with only chili's and jalapenos used. my 2nd and 3rd batch were HOT as i utilized chilis, habeneros, and jalepenos. Face sweating after a few bites.

i get 8-9 pints per batch, so im sittin good until next fall with 24 pints.

i have 24 quarts of stewed tomatos

now onto spaghetti sauce.
