Looking for best deals on food and drink for happy hour and after 9:00pm specials!! Wife and I are going to check out Savoy's tonight for pizza!! Been hearing a lot about this place for years and thought we better check it out.

Cant go wrong with the A**le bee's 9pm happy hour. 1/2 price appetizers and taps. Good time... everytime.

Sweeney's in St. Paul - $2.50 pints of any Summit on Tap and .50 cent tacos. The tacos are really good for .50 cents.

The Palomino on Hennepin Ave in Minneapolis. I haven't been for a little while now but it used to be $2-3 taps, scratch margaritas or mojitos. Also $5 pizzas and half off most appetizers. We used to go all the time for the late night happy hour on weekends, great place to go after catching a show at one of the hennepin ave theaters.

Granite City has good late night happy hours to, I can't remember the details but I think its half off taps and then food deals as well. I just remember going once and being impressed at the time.

If you want to go for traditional happy hour times there are a few places downtown Minneaplis that have great happy hour food menus. McCormik and Schmick and M&S grill had $2 entrees, you could get a burger or pizza or wings for $2 and the drinks were buy 1 get 1.

I know there are a lot of great places to go the rest are just escaping me right now. Sweeney's is the place I've been hitting lately because of the summit and taco deal they got going on.

The last time I was there I had 3 beers and 5 tacos and it cost me $10.

McCormick's in Edina is a good spot 4-6. Dollar Oysters, 3 buck Burger, GB Premium for 2 bucks.

Accapulco in coon rapids. 34oz taps 1:00pm-$1, 2:00pm-$2, 3:00pm-$3, all other times $4. If your a beer drinker, you are loosing money if you dont go in at 1 and get one for a buck!
