Is Spring Fever Starting To Hit????

Last Saturday Hubby and I went on a little road trip. First we went up and checked out our camper and put a paddle lock on the door cause it kept coming open. Then we headed up to the Walleye Bass Expo. Got to meet Rick and a few of the guy's on here. Seen a lot of neat stuff. We also priced a new pontoon and got some info on them. Then we stopped at Mystic Lake Casino and donated to them. It was a great day but seeing all that fishing stuff gets things going. Still have a couple of months before Spring comes. I've been putting off getting the tackle boxes out and gone thru and the rods and reels out and respooled and cleaned up cause I know what will happen to me when I do. The next 2 months will seem like years.

Spring is slowly coming? Only -14 this morning but glad to report NO MOSQUITOES!!!!!!!!!!! LOL???

don't feel bad Mary !! all of our equipement is ready other than putting line on the reels, tackle bags checked and ready. the bass pro dealer in waterloo called today and said our new rods and reel and locator is in. think warm thoughts ! maybe that will help!! del

We went to boat show on Sunday and looked at boats "Only $279 down and $279 a month for the rest of your life". Decided we liked ours just fine.

But I am getting real anxious to see water and loons but when it is -5 for the high it seems a long way off. Talked to a gal at the barn today that just got back from a 2 week show in Phoenix. I told her we saved some cold weather for her. She was so impressed. It was only 82 degrees colder today than the day they left! OUCH
