Lowrance ?

I have a lowrance LMS 334c iGPS and I can't get to my main menu. I am trying to delete my trails and when I hit the menu button twice it does not go to the main menu. Any suggestions?

I would try a soft reset.. do not hard reset as you will loose everything.

I have had the same thing happens. Last time I had to do the hard reset. Has anyone looked into why this happens? This has occurred probably 2-3 times this summer.

I ahven't tried the soft reset yet, but I am curious as to whether hard reset worked.

We have Eagle 642i. When that happens we have to slip the SD card that has the latest update on it. We can't figure out WHY it happens, or what prompts it, but it just h appens out of the blue...

We keep an SD card with the update in the boat, and when this happens, just slip in the SD card and turn on the unit. It updates it, "fixes" it, but leaves all your waypoints, etc. But you can at least then get rid of the trails

We tried the soft reset, and it didn't work... Good luck.

Soft rest worked! Thanks Dietz for the link! Now I will buy an MMC card to store eveything in case I need to do a hard reset.
