Anyone been bowfishing lately?

I haven't been out in over a month. Just wondering if anyone is still after em' and how you have been doing. I can remember getting carp in a few lakes during october before, so hopefully I get out a few more times.

i put the bowfishing bow away, altough the hardcore bowfishermen claim the fall is just as good as the spring if not better

I have the generator and lights, but I need to find a good way to mount the work lights to the boat. Anyone have pics of boats for me to look at? I have a 19' jon boat.

Headed out today after work. I've been getting a few on the local river. I'm going for big commons today. Hope to get a couple 30#ers. been a while since I've shot a 30# class fish. Probably since mid summer. Just haven't gone anywhere that has them. Been too wrapped up in shooting drum and gar. so, mostly been shooting fish in the 5 to 15# range. And the local river doesn't have any monsters. some mid 20#'s buffs. But the river is fun to shoot cuz it has multiple species and I usually get a nice catfish or two each outing.

only managed one over 30# . it was 31#. shot alot of fish in the 20# class today. alot of fish still around. But the shut off alot earlier now with the sun getting low earlier now.

Nice carp. I haven't broke 30 lbs all year, and I usually get a 40#.
