Yes you can! Not on a WMA or DNR Managed Dove field! I just use non-toxic myself!

I may be wrong but I think you can use lead for doves on WMAs but not federal WPAs (Waterfowl Production Areas). Just like it is for pheasants.

That is ringing a bell. Better check the regulations or call the DNR to be sure.
