FishingWebGuy
Here are some from a Moultrie i40 on the highest rez setting. Of course the images shown here have been scaled down to fit on the webpage -- the originals are 4 times the size. My only complaint is that the plastic strap loops on the camera broke after 5 days so all subsequent pictures were taken of the ground. This could be due to the metal frame I made for it to lock it up by though -- added weight and all.
FishingWebGuy
Here is an i40 night pic of a couple of moose I think. Here are the actual pixels from the above 2 images
archerystud
I think most of those bucks are deer that are just strolling through the neighborhood. I'm guessing the deer you only get one picture of, are not locals. You could be right although I had multiple pics of one mature buck and nothing after a night flash shot. I figure after what I spend on taxes and such an extra $100 for the IR is worth it. Also, that buck was in an area of pretty intense hunting pressure so I think he was a bit more edgy than most but probably had to be to get big.One other note on the IR's is that other people are less likely to see them compared to the flash models and thus less likely to go over and attempt to steal it. I have one camera mounted within 150 yards of a road so someone driving by at night would be more likely to see the flash.
