blue_healer_guy Posted July 7, 2009 Author Share Posted July 7, 2009 1.5 - 2 lbs venison in 3/4- inch chunks2 medium onions diced2 15 oz cans tomato sauce2 15 oz cans stewed tomatoes1 large green pepper diced2 tablespoons chili powder1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon red pepper1 teaspoon oregano1 or 2 cans kidney beansIn medium stockpot brown venison and onions in 2 tbls oil.
