hanronson
In todays MST paper on page B2 it says that "Anyone 16 and older who wants to ride an ATV legally on public land must complete an independant study ATV Safety Traing Course". I looked up in the rule book and it stated only 16 and 17 year olds must do this, not 16 and older. Was the paper wrong?
Dave S
Anyone born on or after July 31 of 1987 must have completed the CD-ROM (be certified) in order to ride on MN trails.Anyone younger than 16 must also complete the classroom portion of the MN DNR ATV Safety training. It's spelled out in detail in the Reg's per age group what's required.
