I didn't even realize we had Ring-billed Gulls around this area. They sure are a lot larger than the common Herring Gulls. He looks like he's almost going to upchuck.

FYI, the herring gull is a good bit larger than the ring-billed gull.

By golly, you are correct. This gal seemed so large when I saw her. Maybe it's because the only Herring Gulls i've shot have been when in flight. Thanks for setting me straight.
