clicker reels???

I have used or using abu 6500's and 7000i, penn 209 along with diawa's for Catfishing with baitcaters and found the ABU 7000i to be my favorite for many reasons including big single crank handle, adustable clicker alarm and its loud, also its big spool makes long smooth casting very easy. I have also added a okuma abf 55 and a penn 490 slammer. I like the adjustable clicker on the abf 55 very much but it could stand to be louder. The slammer does not have a clicker at all so this is used as a channel cat rod with mono, and seems to do very well in that situation.

there is a big differance between the drag ,clicker tension, and the reel in ratio at least in my opinion and i have the 5500 6500 and the 7000 and until i got my 7000 i never knew how much

c3's 6600 are the best bang

c4's 6600 are just stronger

Record 60 series just plan out top the garcia's

shimano cardiff 400 also is a nice reel

I love my Abu 7000i. I have numerous other Abu reels but thie 7000 would be my #1 reel.
