Ford Windstar fuel filter

Does anyone know where the fuel filter is located on a late 90's windstar? I offered to replace the filter on a friends van and then realized I have no idea where they hide the filter.

The fuel filter is mounted on the frame rail on the drivers side. Approx right under the drivers seat. You will need a fuel line disconnect tool.
