I have never seen the 1" minnow in fact I have not seen a GA minnow under 2.5" but I know the twister tail GA comes in a smaller size.....

anyway I would use a 1/32 oz jig to give it a slow fall or 1/16.....also something that I have started to do this year to my plastics is I bring a little bottle of quick dry super glu and put a shot on the bait when rigged to make them stay on longer and better....good luck

I am a huge fan of the 1" fish fry Gulp Alive for PAnnies. I have been using them more than live bait lately and have had nice success. There is still the old time and place but I find myself getting more confidnce in the artificials...

They just came out with the 1 inchers and they are great on a 1/32 oz collarles jighead. They work well in early summer when the fry are stil small, this time of year the natural fry are a bit bigger so I like the 2 or 2.5" baits. The 1 inchers are dynamite on bigger gills.

Earlier in the spring, we were using small Gulp! Alive for crappies and caught our limit a number of occassions in no time flat. Saw faster action on them than I did on crappie minnows. I wasn't using the 1", but 1 1/2" shad minnow.

Yes!!! They excel on the collarless jigheads, and I can't wait to use them ice fishing. They should be dynamite!
