Birdsong Posted April 19, 2009 Share Posted April 19, 2009 This guy came in early this morning when it was cloudy and wet, so the best I could get was 1/30 at ISO 800. He has the markings of a sapsucker, but is not the brown of a juvenile as listed in my books. Is he coming into maturity? This would be a new species for my yard, so would appreciate the confirmation. I stuck in a couple of my resident red-bellied from a couple weeks ago.
