Ditto to what Ozzie does. Season with a little seasoned salt & pepper. Don't overcook. A couple of minutes per side on a hot grill should be all you need.

I did some tilapia the other day in some cast iron fajita skillets on the grill with some olive oil and some mango salsa on top. Gooooooooooood stuff! Served up with some spuds and some fresh steamed green beans.
