JBMasterAngler
Well, while still entertaining, things definitely went downhill after the Toronto stop. As good of trash talkers as they may be, they aren't professional roasters. The promoters should have opted for a more traditional press conference in Brooklyn and London. But then again...McGregor being a racist dominated the sports shows on Friday. And Monday, you can bet Mayweather being s homophobe will be the topic. Mayweather had a good quote during an interview, "a boo is just as good as a cheer because your still being acknowledged." I guess that's the angle the promoters are shooting for. rundrave
This entire thing is a partnership. This is basically WWE “work”. These guys are collaborators and they both know exactly what they’re doing" I just have to laugh at the reports of how things were "tense" and "hostile" at the Floyd/CM press tour..It's the dumbing down of society I suppose
JBMasterAngler
Fight was actually better than I thought. I do believe Mayweather allowed McGregor to look good for the first few rounds though. While Mayweather was more aggressive than I've seen him in years, he did also look every bit of 40 years old! Probably smart for him to stay retired now, as I don't believe he has enough to beat the top younger guys now. McGregor vs. Malignaggi perhaps?
