Beef Chuck Roast

This had some awesome flavor. I salted and peppered the roast, seared well to 160 degrees internal temp. Then added Lipton onion soup mix for moisture with garlic and some rosemary from the garden when I foiled it. The au juice was the kicker in flavor. I also foiled some garden beets to go with.
