Northwoods Boats

Anyone know anything about these boats? Any good, who makes them, etc. Thanks.

Depending on your budget these boats are ok and that may be an over rating. You should be able to do better with your boat dollars unless it's a complete steal. I believe that they're made for one of our Wisconsin dealers that have a less than stellar reputation for service after the sale.

They are made by Sylvan boats which is partially owned by a dealer in Minong WI. My dad had one and hey, it floated just fine. I own a Lund and in my opinion it floats better. But like the man says there is a chair for every backside. I would classify them as a light to medium duty boat. While I would classify my tyee as a heavy duty to commercial duty boat. I would classify a Hewescraft as a commercial duty to severe duty boat. For what its worth JMHO.
