chicken salad sandwich

What is your recipe for a chicken salad sandwich or any other salad type sandwich? I was just in Cancun and I stopped in a deli at the hotel and asked for a chicken salad sandwich. She had no clue what that was. I had to tell her how to make one. I was ready to go behind the counter and make it myself. Anyone have a good recipe for a good sandwich? What about egg or tuna salad sandwich?

Chicken Chunks, Mayo, & Eggs (Hard Boiled)

Add a bit of tomato, cheese and pepper to taste

Chicken, mayo, mustard, pepper, cheese, lettuce.

Tuna, mayo, pepper, lemon juice, cheese, lettuce.

Can't go wrong with some hard boiled egg in eithre as SD mentioned.

I almost always have some of my homemade pickles in the fridge. I like to chop some up and add it to chicken or tuna salad...

Egg salad for one-

2 Hard boiled eggs

1 Tablespoon Miracle Whip

2 Teaspoons Guldens Mustard

1 Teaspoon white sugar

1 Teaspoon dill pickle juice
