Looks like it could be a concretion?

I saw some similar ones at our rock club meeting.

They were concentric also. They were also said to be Indian Spirit Stones. Somebody had a whole book on them but I didn't get the title, sorry. If your in the metro bring it to the Valley Creek show. There will be some very knowledgeable and friendly people there who can help.

Thanks Ferney, I also have 3 chunky stones one is a large pestle, a hand sized grinder and a blunt chopping device; as well as a flint scraper, 10-15 arrow heads and a broken axe all found by my Mom but she cant find a Laker for the life of her LOL
