Very nice hoodies in sweet light, MM. The diagonal slash of the ice/water edge is a bonus. Looks like spring is more than just a rumor in some places.

Nice MM!....The water filled ditches in the "bog" (once it ever melts,hopefully this week ) are prime areas for these hoody's as they head north.....beautiful birds for sure!

There should be alot pushing through as soon as we can get rid of the ice. Varied groups are feeding in singular areas-I wasn't going to post this shot as it turned out less than ideal-the Drake Woody "popped" too much,but it shows variety.

Unable to catch much for exiting ones today-no GGO's around here!

I did scout a couple new places that will hopefully yield some new waterfowl faces tomorrow-if the weather holds out.

These were both taken with a Canon 50D in sRAW 1 [7megapixel] 2X tele-extender+circular polarizer, @ 600mm,handheld.
