Best bow for turkey hunting?

Are there any strong opinions out there about the best type of bow for turkey hunting? I am going to Neb where I have shot a number of birds with muzzleloading and standard shotguns but I going to give the stick and string a try this year. It's been alot years since I made my last bow purchase so I thought I would see what opinions where out there before I let a salesman tell me his version of the story.

Any bow that you can shoot accurately will kill a turkey. If you plan on hunting from a pop-up type of ground blind you may want to look at the shorter models. After that it's all personal preferance.

Good luck in you search!

I am planning to mostly hunt out of a blind as the biggest issue I have seen with bow hunting them is getting drawn without getting busted. Of course you have to to hit them as well but it is alot easier if they are still standing still instead of boogering out of the county!

Once I decide to bowhunt, I will use my PSE that I use for deer hunting. It's comfortable, I shoot it well and I know it like the back of my hand. I do agree that a shorter limbed bow would be nice in a doghouse style blind, so if you don't have one yet, those will be worth a good look. Good luck and let us know what you decide.
