Snowshoe Hare hunt Pics!

Recommended Posts

My poor dogs haven't chased hares for a couple weeks but today I brought them up north to run a few smile I also brought along our new puppy Sophie, who starred on this forum earlier as "Super Dog!" I had to leave her in the box simply because she is too young to run and hasn't yet been introduced to live fire. But I did do some scent drags with a dead hare after the hunt and she is coming right along smile Here are a couple shots smile

365 DAYS A YEAR BABY!!!!!!!!!! With no bag limit smile (for Snowshoes) But I usually only shoot 2 or 3 an outing.

Cottontails follow the regular small game season sept-feb with a bag of 3.

Hey DonBO I gonna run the dogs by Crex sometime soon to check out the population. I'll let you know the results smile (or if you happen to be up you're more than welcome to come with!)
