Lowrance customer service?

Question

I sent in a unit to Lowrance a month ago under warranty, I sent it in to their place at Tulsa OK and have not heard back from them since. I called their number [Note from admin: Please read forum policy before posting again. Thank you.] a few times and the recorder said to leave a number, which I've done, and have not heard back. What do I do next? Thanks for any help, disappointed in their service so far.

Try calling them as soon as their customer service lines are open. I've heard complaints similar to yours, especially calling them in the afternoon or late morning. But have also heard of good luck talking to someone live if called first thing in the morning. Good Luck.

The customer service down there is going to be changing it is the number one priority with Navico. I just got an email on it a few days ago! Things are changing soon, but it is a slow process unfortunatly

There still has to be someone or somewhere I can contact to get answers. It's been over a week without getting any information back and over a month since it's been sent in. Anyone have any ideas?

Did you get a tracking number with your product you sent in? I know that when i have sent in my unit they have given me a number to track it with and see where it is and whats going on with it. Like they said earlier call right away in the morning to talk to someone that is the only time that i could get someone.

I sent my unit in 3 weeks ago and was quoted 2-3 week turnaround; was on the line 45 minutes before reaching anyone. Called today, on hold for 50 minutes before talking with someone. Turns out they have my unit but haven't looked at it yet becasue they are too busy. Was then told I'd have to wait a total of 4-6 weeks to expect the unit to be returned. Not very good customer service in my opinion.
