Ok I have fished for years...but am not really up to date on the different lines for baitcasters...
any suggestions for "superline" etc...
Also, I do alot of "fast trolling" with walleye and Northern plugs. I was thinking of going to a low diameter - yet higher test flurocarbon mono for this. From what I understand, the flurocarbon is pretty nons-stretch. Would this be a good line for fast trolling? I am just not sure...do you want a little stretch when fishing this way - or is it better to not have stretch when fast trolling. How about just regular old casting with a baitcaster? what is the preffered line? Last question, I have also heard some are now preffering flurocarbon for their spin casting reels for trolling etc,,, as well.
