Pannyraid
I recently purchased the Chamberlain 3/4 belt drive and have no complaints. Menards has the Chamberlain 1/2 belt drive on sale this week for $177.
BoxMN
I have a new Chamberlain belt drive in 3/4hp for a 18x8 door. It is quiet, works great, and the opener pad is very nice - tells temp and time, and the keycode pad outside is the easiest I have used - to lower door you just need to hit the enter button, not enter code to lower it. My older Chamberlains on two other doors are nice as well, but not as fancy or quiet - they are chain - but I like them as well.
