Well two friends and I are headed to Devils Lake Friday.

Couple of questions,OK only one, How is the ice as far as getting around are we going to be OK with a pickup? Don't care if the fish are biting. All three of us are "getting away" looking forward to a good trip. I have a new to me house,did some upgrades and we are slumming it on the lake. Where should we park it?

From what I've heard it's possible to get around with a pickup, but you will still be limited as to where you go. They didn't see quite as warm temps as Southern ND did last week.

I'd stop in at your bait shop of choice (Ed's Bait or Pete's Bait) and get the latest on conditions and locations.
