Microwave fish recipes?

You can also bake it. Dip the fillets in cooking oil; sprinkle some crushed potato chips (I like sour cream and onion flavor for this) and some shredded cheddar cheese over the fillets, and bake for about 40 minutes at 350*.

I bake mine in butter and put lemon pepper on them.

Should work in the nuker as well.

Line the bottem of cookie sheet with tinfoil. Place fish on foil. Put butter on fish(I use aprox 3/4 stick per pan and dont use real butter, doesnt taste as good). Then sprinkle lemon pepper on top(as much or as little as you want). Cover cookie sheet with foil(seal up tight). Bake for 15 to 20 min(depends on thicknes of fish) on 350. Fish is very tasty and flaky.

This is the only way I cook my fish anymore.

Less mess to clean up as well.

P.S. Dont use foil in the nuker!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

The best baked recipe I have ever made was baked walleye. Roll the fillets in seasoned flour, lay in a casserole dish. Place sliced mushrooms over all of the fillets. Mix up a can of cream of mushrooms soup with 1/2 can of milk. Pour mixture over fillets and mushrooms. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place green onions on top of everything and cover with foil. Place in oven for 30-35 min on 375. The flour on the fillets will thicken the soup almost like a cream sauce. I always have others for this recipe or when I am making it again.

Actually wasn't too bad...covered a glass dish with wax paper and cooked about five mins. Flaked out real nice, some lemon juice and black pepper. I prefer the fried methods but this was definatly a quick easy fix and supposed to much healthier for you(less fattening)I could see where I might use this method again when I only catch one or two fish and don't want to mess with the breading and deep fryer/fryin pan. I'm sure it could be doctored up in about any way one prefers with a little experimentation.Oh btw... the microwave doesnt smell like fish either ): Thanks for the suggestions, Iceman out>
