Hand warmers on SnowbLower

Anyone ever rig up hand warmers on their snowblower? Would a set of snowmobile handwarmers work? I have a 9hp engine.

With all of the walking, pushing, turning, shoving, jerking, lever-flipping, cursing, pull-starting, spout-turning, eye-wiping, and other tasks typically associated with snowblowing, my hands rarely get cold.

Although, Results may vary.

Ditto, McGurk...even when it was below zero recently, my hands were sweatin by the time I finished...

But, to answer the original question, if your hands are cold, why not just use a couple of the disposable heat packs inside your gloves?

The blower would have to have a charging or lighting system to make them work. My buddy does have them on his, but said he rarely if ever uses them.

It does have a light on it so I would probably just tap into it's power supply and not use the light.

When I got my Troy Bilt last week, the step up from mine- I bought a 26" and the step up was a 30" I believe, had them on it, with a switch and everything. The cost difference was over $300.
