Sled for a northlander

Has anyone made a sled for a 6x8 northlander? I was trying to think of a good way to make a sled the would move the shack all setup(at slow speeds) and then still be able to have the sled fold back down to 4x6. the sled would only have to be 4 ft wide and then i would ratchet through the catch covers but the length would have to be 8 ft but hinge over to be 6 ft to go in the back of the truck. Any thoughts.

I made one for my old Northlander out of a pair of old water skis. Mine were attached to some metal brackets that slid in to some bigger tubes on the sides that I attached them to. If I did it again I would just make a small cradle between the two skis and set the house on top. Mine rode about 8-10 inches above the skis and really wasn't too bad to pull. Now moving the house around and loading and unloading it...well that was another story. Them things are pretty heavy.
