I guess I'm not exactly sure what you mean by teaser leader.

I would definitely say they work.....as far as colors you can never go wrong with white in my opinion.

I think they're just another ripoff that you don't need to catch Pike.

I had a client last summer that had just picked up a few of them. He was all excited about all the fish that he was going to catch with them.

After about 2 hours I had out fished him by 8 or 10 fish on identical spinnerbaits, and I wasn't using any leader. After taking off that teaser, he was catching a lot more fish than me.

Save your money, Pike aren't that clever, it's isn't that hard to fool them. JMHO
