accessing a lake

There is a little lake near my house that I was thinking about trying to fish. there is an outlet that runs under the road and goes to another small lake. Can I park my truck on the road, and access the lake from that land where the drainage from one lake to the other lake goes? there is also a powerstation or something on the side as well. I know once I get on the lake, there will be people in their houses not happy I am out there. Just wondering about the law when the road crosses over the spillway (not sure if that is the correct term) and into another small holding pond. Thanks

You should be fine on the right a way, just be sure there are not any "No Parking" Signs..

Thanks Deitz.....it's a 30 acre lake with homes all around it.....gotta be something in there worth fishing for. I think the dnr said it runs 12 feet deep
