Retrofit Stealth STX blades to standard Jiffy auger?

Anyone tried this?

My main concern is putting the power point blades on the auger spike.

I'm wondering if the spike is too hard to drill the holes necessary to attach the power point blades.

I have not done it personally, but have seen it done. The power point is just sharpened mild steel. Nothing special. I sharpen them quite often for customers if they are dull and all I use is a Nicholson flat file.
