Collar Bolt for Strikemaster

Anyone know the thread size and length for the collar bolt on a strikemaster?

All I could find is that it is metric.

I saw that they have them on the HSOforum, but I need it tomorrow so I would like to try and get one from the hardware store. If anyone finds out please post. Thanks.

When you get a new bolt wrap electrical tape around it, saves alot of headache later.

Seems to me the collar bolt and the blade bolts are the same thread - but then I'm in sales and could be lying to you.

I think it is an '02 or '03

I would go to them in Big Lake or D-Rock in New Brighton has them as well.

I could be wrong, but seems to me they are M10 x 1.5 (pitch) at 1-1/2" long, socket head.

For the record, the bolt size is actually (metric) M8X1.25 and 1 1/2 inches long with a female hex head.

This is for the 2007 Strikemaster Mag 2000. The collar bolt is the same as the extension bolt. FYI - the bolt can be a bit longer in a pinch, but not shorter. Hope this helps

OK. Now you guys got me curious so I took off the blade on my StrikeMaster Mag 2000. The bolts (2) holding on the blade are M8 X 1.0 and 3/4" in length. The bolts are hex head that a 10 mm. wrench will fit. There is locking nut with a nylon insert on the inside.
