Okay, ice fishing with a buddy in Iowa, we started talking about mix ratio's and what else you could mix with venison. I thought mixing chirizo or andoli (spelling is way off I know) sausage in with the venison might be really good. Anyone ever do this before?

I will be heading back to iowa (doe tag only, but still 250 bucks) next year to deer hunt. Time restraints and my desire to get back to the cabin and hunt have made my decision for me. this party tagged out (5 deer, 5 guys) before noon on Saturday. This is a meat hunt only, not a bucks only group. I like the taste of venison so I truly don't hold out for a big buck. I would rather take a big doe......
