"Fair Price" for Vex Fl-8

A buddy of mine is willing to sell me his FL-8 SE Pro Pack model. It is bascially brand new, and he told me to "name a fair price". Not wanting to rip him off or have him rip me off, what is a reasonable price? Most of the used FL-8's I see for sale are in the 150-200 range. Any ideas?

I wouldn't go to much over $200. You can get some new flashers for not much more once you get into the $250+ mark.
